So if offering developers a higher cut is important to you, why not do what steam does? Steam allows developers to generate keys infinitely, that can be sold anywhere, and the developer gets 100% of the profit on that. Literally every cent.

The curated list is simply the list of vendors that they've onboarded and completed an integration with - allowing for keyless purchases from different storefronts outside of the Epic Games Store. Which requires work on EG's and the other storefront's sides, I would think.

Right. Have to be cautious in how you approach generalized terms when dealing with criticism.
But having the team do an analysis of your current partners would determine market compatibility with the suggestions made in this thread. -
