Isn't it interesting how NC industries come and go? Tar, then tobacco, now (bio)tech. And in 100 years something new. They will redevelop our campus into something a la American Tobacco campus in Durham: "and here people in early 21st century programmed the computers manually"

Originally, "Robert E Lee" wasn't a derogatory term. I attended Robert E Lee High School in Springfield, Virginia. Now they are considering changing the name.

I wish to visit North Carolina one day
-
Why? lol Out of all the states in the USA, N. Carolina? lolol I say this as a North Carolinian.....there are so many other better choices in the USA, when you come to the US for the first time, don't make the first state you visit N. Carolina - that's a waste!
