Mostly I watch on a high color gamut Dell monitor. Though recent OLED TVs have an even higher color gamut.

How many devices have you watched Disney+ on? Curious how important the playback device is or isn’t? We just got an Apple TV (we are late bloomers) and it looks really good on it with a 4K TV.

playback device makes a big difference when talking about quality at the high end like this. As mentioned above, OLED displays are generally considered best Also, we have some data indicating onboard decoders get better quality than connected devices with high end TVs

Have they got frame rate conversion right? On
@netflix British shows judder like a flip book with shuffled pages. -
That sounds rather like an issue with the playback device, which might be fixed to 60 Hz output. Playing 24fps on 60 is typically fine, most TV sets recognize the 2/5 cadence ("3:2 pulldown") and make something useful out of that. 25 or 50 on 60, however, is a lost cause.
