This tweet is gross. Bill chooses not to take a position on politics, so you turn it into “Bill Gates refuses to rule out <something you find offensive>”. This is a cheap trick to try to shame people you disagree with and force them to adopt your position and activism.

Using that logic nobody can chose to be apolitical? That’s quite the binary choice and if you push people into that you won’t like the choice you get (ie you’d be surprised how many people hate being bullied into a belief system)
