Except it's THEIR platform, so they have the right to determine that. No one is owed a speaking platform by any private company.

They may have the legal right to do this, but when a company makes itself the speech police, it will be blamed for everything users say that isn’t censored, and will be pressured to censor by every group that disagrees with what users say. That’s an untenable position in 2019.
