I'd hate to play the Inquisition card on you, but that exact amount is dangerously close to controlling shareholder, that being at least 51%. Just like that of a majority shareholder.

No matter the shareholder voting power, wouldn't your shareholders still be (potentially) very adversely impacted by Chinese punitive actions against Epic? In that light, does Epic generate significant share of revenue from China?

Rahul, Tencent is close with the Chinese government. I am sure the controlling party is making a ton of money off of this investment (along with Tencent) so they aren't going to play hardball with Fortnite unless they are bad business leaders.
