Yes. Developers and publishers see that if they use one store logo in their marketing and then ship exclusively on another store, they’ll be criticized on social media. This is greatly amplified by the fallout from Valve’s Steam-keys-for-backers restrictions.

not really, that logo always existed when it was launched on other stores as 3rd party on a world premiere trailer, like origin, steam and GOG. It's not something new, stop dreaming.

Actually no, it's not a "new tactics". We've had that PC logo shown for years for all sorts of games. It's only being used more often now, to cover the deal *you* make. Your own tactics are simply blindsiding the consumer until the last possible minute.
