There are two separate sets of relationships here: Epic and Humble are integrating our purchasing systems so that Humble purchases are recognized on Epic. However, all deals to sell games or keys are between Humble and the game’s developer or publisher, without Epic involvement.

That's means you know EGS lack feature and can't compete with even GOG. So you pay money to do exclusive. I don't see a word about what exclusive benefits the customers. If you think EGS is not good enough, improve it first before wasting money to ask customers to use it.

But I am pretty sure your plan is to do exclusive until one day EGS has monopolized the market or you waste all the Fortnite money and EGS still have no features to compete with GOG and Steam. Every word you use are selfish corporate “reason”, no intention to benifit customers.
