Epic doesn’t sell any keys anywhere. Those relationships with key sellers are maintained by developers and publishers under terms they individually negotiate.

In all of these cases, the developers’ statements about their PC plans accurately reflected their plans at the time. The decisions to move to the Epic Games store came later.

the fact that they know about exclusivity months before and still use steam/gog to promote their game and then remain silent when sked about exclusivity like Mw5 isn't fair for customers either
-
Agreed we've heard mw5 ama it's all over how they lied to consumer for months

Amount of that exclusivity deal is unknown, so that's can't be called transparent. That money or conditions can't be separated from fee, because it's part of distribution agreement. So don't call it transparency that help all, it's opposite.

Isn't it insulting for epic that most developers choose to hide it for as long as possible to try desperately to avoid the backlash that follows such announcement? That only makes it worse. Their reluctance to announce such an important partnership only worsens epics standing

if the exclusivity is not announced before these partners start accepting money for products then there cannot be an exclusivity deal. taking peoples money by offering a game on Steam and then announcing Epic exclusivity is Fraud. it is not excusable.
