I follow people when I find their posts insightful and not overly voluminous. Among avid posters, why would one assume supporters of the Epic Games store have different motives than detractors?

These are all just people who have different opinions than you. I read all Tweets that @ me and try to reply to substantive original questions about the Epic Games store because the issues of competition and revenue sharing are vital for the future of gaming on all platforms.

We launched Fortnite on Android outside of Google Play last year. We have a store on PC now so our efforts are focusing on PC. Microsoft has spoken and acted in support of PC as an open, multi-store platform.

Steam is an exemplar of the PC store situation because it has 90%+ market share among broadly multi-publisher stores and it has large economies of scale. Among other PC stores, many charge less than 30%, many are small and lack economies of scale.
