So I believe this approach passes the test of ultimately benefitting gamers after game storefronts have rebalanced and developers have reinvested more of their fruits of their labor into creation rather than taxation.

It's not the same and you know it. I bet your major stock holders know that too. In fact, I know they do. And again, if YOU think that is such a great idea then WHY? Are you still soaking up exclusives and not letting this free market work like you JUST said was great?

Everybody putting all their games on the dominant storefront so it can stay dominant and charge everyone 30% forever isn’t free market competition at all. What we’re seeing now is very robust competition: Epic on developer terms, GOG on features, Microsoft on business model!
