What do you think of stores marking up their operating costs by 4x or 5x? Is it good that $30,000,000,000 of the software industry’s $100,000,000,000 annual digital revenue goes to stores rather than creators?

I don't think Valve takes 30% just for the CC processing fees. I mean, otherwise why is Epic charging 12% on all purchases instead of a variable amount based on payment type used? It's because costs are averaged out over all purchases.
