Understood. Ultimately this is where we disagre. Epic isn’t onboard with this idea that developers or publishers or we have a moral obligation to sell games through a store that takes 30% when there’s a 12% alternative.

You don't see how your favorite developers getting more money can't be good for you? You can't see how good developers can do even more good things with their games if they had more money?

The industry has been perfectly fine for decades. I fail to see how forcing gamers to use a hugely inferior launcher just so publishers get a little extra money is a good thing for the industry.

PC gaming was doing perfectly fine for decades before Steam got involved. And so many gamers felt forced into using Steam that they didn't want to use, and it resulted in dev/pugs getting extra money, and in the end Steam turned out good for the industry

PC gaming was not doing fine when Steam entered the picture. Piracy was rampant and communities fragmented. Consoles had just gone online Media reports re death of PC. I don't think you were there circa 2000.

Tim, you have told so many lies I am starting to lose count. I would have a little more respect for you if you just outright said you want to be the market leader on PC and try to bury Steam, that's the only reason you're doing what you're doing, you don't care about consumers.
