How come so many gamers are using Steam forums for technical support on games that are also on the Epic store? Sounds like this is an excuse to not have feature parity to Steam.

The same thing happens with GoG as well, so many gamers that bought a GoG version of the game use Steam forums for technical support. There tends to be more GoG Gamers on Steam forums than there are on the GoG forums for a game.
