That’s a loaded question! But Epic will stay the course. 30% store dominance is the #1 problem for PC developers, publishers, and everyone who relies on those businesses for their livelihood. We’re determined to fix it and this is the one approach that will effect major change.

what kind of online services are you planning? something like netflix where you pay a monthly fee to get a selection of games?
-
These are the online services that game developers can use to support online and social features in their games. We built them for Fortnite and our other games and are working to open them up to all other developers:https://dev.epicgames.com/en-US/services

Well, you began with a big belly flop. But wait, shouldn't stores in your perspective be just nice places to buy stuff (talks about Steam)?https://twitter.com/TimSweeneyEpic/status/1121219506104356864 … But suddenly they become something much more (talks about EGS)?

But my issue with your store front is I cant even buy any of the games I own on Steam. 7dtd,Rust,EVE,Civ series,Starbound, Terraria, Spore,Elite Dangerous,Ark,DbD, and company of hero's. Your only game that's been a big splash is Fortnite the rest you just threw money at.

Big Splash? You mean like the rude bratty kid that cannonballs people at the pool who were having a good time on a perfect afternoon.

Will it still continue with anti consumer practices and what about the lack of understanding against hacked accounts due to mediocre protection and that the store keeps data in breach of the GDPR?
