barely a functional web page and that's being generous. 12% simply isn't high enough to operate a store with steam's size and service. you know full well that running at that cost will drive steam into the red, it's why you picked that number, at least own what you are.

That Mortiel guy has no idea what he is talking about and he is really bad at math. Check out my series of tweets to him where I show how wrong he is. I even use references to back up what I say. At the highest Valve is spending 8% on Steams services.
