@TimSweeneyEpic Hello Tim, any plans for a global bestseller list on the Epic Store? Like it to se what's popular on Steam and other places to buy games like Amazon, the Xbox or Nintendo eshop.

The resulting Epic Games store revenue is split between developers and publishers however they have agreed.

Most developers dont know about the deal until we know of them. Does that mean they are forced to accept the agreement? Since they would only know about the agreement after the announcement

as an example if I were to make 5% royalty off of a $60 game, that's 5% of $42 on Steam, but $48 for EGS. That's $2.10 versus $2.40. Would have to sell SIGNIFICANTLY more copies on EGS than on ALL other platforms together to make more money for the devs.

Typically it is at least 20% going to the developer, it can be more depending on other factors, for example, how much of the development was funded by the developer themselves. So 20% of 70% = $8.4, 20% of 88% = $10.56
