      Hey Tim, genuine question from a person willing to learn: what represents end results in that graph? are the last few nodes representative of final outcomes and the previous ones conditions? or are there multiple outcomes bundles in a the mix? I'll appreciate the answer.

      I don’t know this system, but I think all of the nodes are AI states that affect behavior, and the lines are transitions between states that can occur based on game conditions.

          It is a behavior tree, each end node is an action while intermediary nodes are test conditions with the branches fanning out to the results of that test (another test or some action). This is IMO a very primitive and brittle way to code NPCs but our industry loves it.
