Surely if it’s okay for EA to release their own games exclusively through their store, then it’s also okay for developers, publishers, and Epic to collaboratively release their games that way, by exchanging things of value to make it mutually beneficial.

@TimSweeneyEpic Those are always first party games, Tim. Can you not see the difference between putting a game you invested in from the beginning on your own store, and snatching up games that look successful near release after somebody else took that risk for you? -
@TimSweeneyEpic You guys are waiting for other companies to do all the work and then signing then on exclusively like you did something to earn it, all while even you admit your store is "spartan." We're the ones who have to put up with that store, not you or them. - 1 more reply

It's like anything else. Treat customers with some dignity and we'll show up. Give us a good deal and we'll go there. You emphasize the 30% Steam takes but look at it. Everything we need is there. I can see where the money is going. It's like comparing a motel to the Waldorf

I have 8 computers. I need cloud saves. That's important to me to be able to play a game on one machine and pick up on another where I left off. Something that simple matters

Those games are also made by EA though. Would you appreciate it if EA took Save The World and put it on Origin? Since there isn't a lot going on with it.

Like I've said previously. I want to be on your side. But you are taking from me. I no reason to invest or partake in anything on EGS until the overall experience for me is worth being there. forcing me to be there is not a benefit. Sorry, The experience is nicer on Steam for me
