In the world of digital market places, the store and store features absolutely matter for a consumer to make a choice, if it's an epic published game then that's fine but for 3rd party games you stack up against the features of each store. Don't hold commodities in walled stores?

There are many good games on Steam. I can play them while I wait for exclusivity deal to expire. Games are a valuable commodity here, but it's feature set of a store that matters to me when I decide to purchase a game on one store or the other.

You want to make me, as a customer, _want_ to buy the game on your store, not force me to. You will not win customers by force. Steam didn't become dominating platform on PC by force.
