A store can only succeed in overturning the 30% fee precedent if it provides solid reasons for everyone to use it, developers and gamers alike. Free game giveaways, better prices, and exclusives are the big things here.

Holy cow Tim, shouldn't you be in bed? Shouldn't I be in my bed right now? ugh, it is way to late at night. Anyways, I have to agree with you, and I really do hope all of this works out in the end and the changes happen in the industry.

Buying exclusivity does not foster economic competition between stores. Having a fully fledged store, with proper features without paying off developers/publishers for 12 month exclusivity is what would foster that competition. What you're doing is forcing gamers to hate you.

Yeah, thanks a lot for thinking about gamers. When I bought Metro Exodus on Steam, it was 90 Turkish Liras but on Epic Games Store it is 302 Turkish Liras. Thanks a lot. Sorry I forgot that it is cheaper in the USA. Let me move there.

You did the same thing with the newest Supergiant game. Will i have to pay this much of price difference for all games that are exclusive to your store?
