The fact you trust your consumer is great. The problem lies in the fact that there are still hundreds of videos and ads on youtube advertising a fake android beta. Is there a plan to strike down these videos before the release of the game? For clarification and safety?

So the solution for Google’s failures to keep malware and scams off Google Search and Google’s YouTube sites is to trust Google Play?

Google play has a great track record considering how many apps they host and distribute. The very reason Linux, Android and ios has a much better security track record than windows: using a single repository that is secured. You are weakening androids security with your greed.

Again, Windows, Mac, and Android have always supported software installation; there is zero malware on http://epicgames.com ; and quite a lot appearing on Google Play all the time. For example just this week: http://www.eweek.com/mobile/google-removes-145-malware-laden-apps-from-play-store …
