Education and our kids mental health has to be a priority. Our children are living at the center of gun violence, racial division, stagnant wages & an opioid epidemic. They need the access to counselors, therapist & wraparound services to ensure they can learn!

YES! This is the single most immediate threat in every community, every demographic: the lack of trauma-informed care and mental health resources. Bravo! Those resources UP = crime/violence/abuse/unemployment/homelessness/healthcare costs DOWN.

I support counselors, but we also have to recognize that even the best counselor is no substitute for a stable home in a safe neighborhood with good healthy food and lots of time with loving family members. Our whole society has to change to provide a healthy environment for kids
