The board of directors, the executive and operational teams do not: 1. Report to poloticians. 2: These teams are made up by commercially astute people.3. These have the necessary knowledge, skill, experience and a vision that is driving their business.
Apparently @FlySafair is now the biggest domestic airline in South Africa after only 6 years of operations. It was started with 180 staff, now employs 1100, operates 16 aircraft for 2880 flights a year. Company doesn’t receive subsidies. How do they do it?
