Based on my sighting, I'm estimating the balloon is somewhere over Upstate SC, perhaps closer to the NC/SC border.

On the L U can C a bit of green color and the yellowish dust tail surrounding the comet's coma.
On the R the rapid movement can be seen in the 5 minute exposure.
