No -- it's: "There are multiple jurors who believe the defendant is guilty as charged but" are terrified the defendant will insult, smear, threaten them and end their chances at re-election "so they’re voting to acquit the defendant who they believe is guilty as charged."

The republicans of the Senate destroyed their own chances at being re-elected the minute they decided to screw the American people. This is all on them, now they are criminals themselves, the Senate has been lying to Congress all week, under oath, at that.
