7 year old, who has already eaten dinner, just came up to me and pulled a baggie with chives out of his pocket, demanding to make a second dinner of herb frittata.

He fancies himself a chef. He does make a mean omelette. I have never witnessed him make a frittata and was unaware of his knowledge of existence of frittatas.
