I didn't lead a charge for consequences or pay much attention to it. I think it's a stretch to call it fascism. There are places and roles that require you to curb your behavior. For example, I'd expect a consequence if I told someone to suck it in court.

That's not an answer, you are now condoning/supporting those who destroyed this man's career because he had the nerve to say suck it to a kid who called half the population of the country murderous baby killers.

Actually, I think Nick made his own self-inflicted tragedy by not minding his words and by failing to take accountability. You used to be able to be fired at Kinko's for an errant myspace post, so...it's not a new lesson that you can get fired for online opinions. #mepolitics

Proportionality and hypocrisy of the issues here, I was gonna set this election out but now I'm back involved. If destroying somebody's personal life and future are the new standard, game on.

I really don't see this as either a) a new thing, or b) a situation where Nick does not have some responsibility for the situation. I didn't call the bank or really pay much attention to it other than to say it was poor form to try to use it to fundraise. #mepolitics
