I don't know if the response was proportional because it was based on more than 1 tweet and I am not terribly interested in reading them all to form an opinion on that.

Nick has a pattern of questionable statements. I have no desire to go look through his feed (nor have I checked to see if I even can) to see how bad it is. From the past year-ish watching #mepolitics he's certainly said some things that pop an eyebrow.
