I didn't lead a charge for consequences or pay much attention to it. I think it's a stretch to call it fascism. There are places and roles that require you to curb your behavior. For example, I'd expect a consequence if I told someone to suck it in court.
That's not an answer, you are now condoning/supporting those who destroyed this man's career because he had the nerve to say suck it to a kid who called half the population of the country murderous baby killers.
Actually, I think Nick made his own self-inflicted tragedy by not minding his words and by failing to take accountability.
You used to be able to be fired at Kinko's for an errant myspace post, so...it's not a new lesson that you can get fired for online opinions.
