I don't think most of them read it...which is part of why I am running. You shouldn't vote on things you haven't read when that is your job. Do you think it should be different?
I would be happy to share my thoughts on this ,once you answer my question. By the way, the way these bills are constructed A few hours is plenty of time to digest what's inside. The things that would be missed would take most people weeks or years to decipher.
I would humbly disagree that a few hours is plenty of time to digest a 2,232 page bill. Even if I just needed to barely glance at some pages to make sure they were free of typos without considering the impact of the words, I would not feel comfortable with that short of time.
