Lyn - I was equally critical of any vote, regardless of party, where there is not sufficient review time prior to vote. This is a party-neutral, basic proficiency issue.

The ACA was debated in three house committees 2 senate committees multiple cbo scores and debated in the senate for 25 straight days before it was passed on dec 24 2009. Hardly was this done behind closed doors
