It's infuriating to no end that any rep would vote for legislation they couldn't possibly have read in it's entirety.
This bill is 2232 pages long, jam packed with issues.
If you devoted only one minute to each page, without a single cross reference, bathroom break, meal, or nap, you'd be in 37.2 straight hours.

Lyn - I was equally critical of any vote, regardless of party, where there is not sufficient review time prior to vote. This is a party-neutral, basic proficiency issue.
