I'm not a dem and did not participate in that initiative. I don't think ACA is terrific in general, but it is what the current law is. The issue I am taking with Susan is that she had full knowledge this was the likely outcome and still chose this path while blaming others.
We cannot change the past, I would have a lot more respect for her if she said she was aware of this possibility, negotiated in good faith, and accepts that she should have thought more about whether or not her requests were likely to fail instead of casting the blame about.
