@TiffanyBond I am wondering if voters ever talk to you about prospect of cuts to Medicare and SS. How does Medicare/SS help or harm family now and what is their strategy for dealing with the cuts likely to be passed with current GOP majority?
It's incredibly stressful for folks. Most are in hopeful denial. In my experience, families that rely heavily on medicare/ss do not have a strategy to deal with any cuts...what resources would they use if they rely on medicare/ss as their primary source of survival?

I think this is an issue that *everyone* who is not part of the 1%, especially here in Maine, MUST give considerable thought to. Votes have consequences and Medicare/SS cuts are a really important one! CD2 needs Medicare/SS, I hope they vote to sustain it.
