I would prioritize renovating old business buildings in town centers/ downtown areas. The creates new space for new business owners, that creates jobs and better standards of living for the community.

I would want a reallocation of the budget so a much larger portion goes to actual infrastructure projects. Some of our bridges are so bad now that transports need to go additional hundreds of miles to make deliveries.
