Not only would it provide good
#BuilderTrades jobs, but it would improve downtown areas and poor communities. Provide a new place for new business owners to move into.#twittercongress1 reply 2 retweets 5 likes -

Too often a new business owner has to foot-the-bill to renovate a building for their new business. This discourages new businesses and that means less jobs for that community.

Infrastructure investments are for our economy. Roads, bridges and highways were built for our economy to prosper. Infrastructure investment into these old boarded up buildings fits that criteria perfectly.

These new businesses will provide jobs for the community and provide another source for tax revenue in the form of business, income and sales tax to support the schools, police, fire dept and other public services.

Because of these tax benefits, the infrastructure investment will pay itself off. It's a net gain over time.
