      I can already feel a theme going with digital access. I know broadband is a serious concern in #ME02. Lack of broadband in particular really hurts smaller, rural communities.

      I have two questions 1) How do you pay for 2 trillion in new spending 2) How would you allocate funding (e.g., poor/high-unemployment areas first, worst need, volume of traffic, etc.)

          Hi, Chad. $2 trillion in new spending can be found by cutting a lot of the fat that goes to contractors instead of the people the money is supposed to help. Military contractors, for-prison spending. These are wasteful areas that don't protect servicemembers or communities.
