Excellent work. This is the kind of information that tells us how badly we're being screwed by lobbyists. The Conservative idea of small gov is a farce. It's really all about who gets representation.
The problem is it sounds nice. A moderately competent legislator having an off day could easily vote for this. It's got all the lovely things - mediation, education, dispute process...yet it totally screws the vulnerable.

It's "Clear Skies Initiative" all over again. K Street specializes in drafting this kind of legislation that sounds great but means the exact opposite of the bill's title. They have one goal; to roll back consumer protection for greater profits.
