Removal of arch. barriers in both public and private facilities is a big issue in the real esate/construction/design industry. You have reticent owners on the one side, but also professional lawsuit filers on the other side. Would be good to have guidance.
I don't disagree that there may be benefits to clarification...I just think this bill doesn't accomplish that end with any efficacy.
