I don't scream much. It's not productive. If you listen carefully, there is almost always a solution waiting to be found. Maybe we need more people in congress who *don't* get caught up in their team and are instead focused on improving our society collaboratively?

What I've found is whether your hat is MAGA, pussy, tin foil or you don't like hats, we all want mostly the same things. We want to be safe, happy, & healthy; to live our lives freely how we see fit with minimal government direction, & to have compassion with an eye to budget.

Exactly however what ever laws you pass should not cost people money or put people in hardship

There will always be winners and losers with any legislation. The goal should be incremental improvements, conscious of impacts and particularly aware of the vulnerable.

For example, we're doing a real disservice to healthcare right now. There are pain points that both major parties agree on. I'm going to focus on the GOP because they are in the driver's seat. I had some pretty brutal opinions on the dems previously.

Absolutely. I had insurance through the ACA last year and I didn't go to the doctor when I should have because the deductible was too high. My insurance was so bad, I should have chosen not to have insurance. I was paying nearly $900/mo and it covered nothing.

My husband's "free well visit" was over $600 because they talked about more than being well.

I think we can pretty safely say I read bills more than most legislators.
...so maybe I should be doing the job instead. It was frosting my cupcakes to watch law be made totally detached from the consequences it inflicts on people. That's why you will see me on the ballot.
