We have to control those situations. I don't know the exact mechanism(s) yet. We should be having a dialogue about it, now. Spend a few mornings on PFA day in district court. It's eye-opening how much of a problem DV is in Maine.
Actively undermining the ACA (which is deeply flawed legislation) to cause its failure is a bad policy choice. It costs everyone more to do that. So does ignoring CHIP if we're playing whack-a-mole. We should be looking at the pain points.

Its just one of those things if its not broke dont fix it things i had health insurance prior to ACA then that company got bought out and increased its rates so i dropped that company then applied fpr aca then from there it was a giant crap show

I wish we had health insurance that existed pre-ACA, BUT that health insurance would not exist today if the ACA had not gone in. The market changed. Those plans were going away anyway. The system we have today is ACA, debating years old legislation is wasted energy.
