I would agree. LePage wouldn't know dignity if it slapped him in the face.
I don't know that I reach the same conclusion from this fact. Maybe it's just a ton of time in family law, but I think fewer people on TANF probably means a lot more struggling households, not more dignity.

Please tell me we’re going 2 see the last of Paul LePage soon?!while we’re at it, think on the idea of requiring gun owners/buyers 2 have gun owners insurance. That would curb sales drastically as no underwriter would cover AR guns. Cops could then confiscate uninsured weapons!
