I would have to read the text before I give you a functional opinion. I know it's annoying, but that's how I roll. I will tell you I am generally in favor of increasing coverage and decreasing costs.

Well, I have to say "of course". Any sane person would want to know the implications of their signature. I was only wondering if you would be willing to sign a bill if it was fiscally responsible, and still covered all Americans.

I'm open to it. But lots of good ideas have crap laws written. Laws need to earn my vote, not expect it.
