Read the text, not the title. This bill has a bunch of questionable medical assertions about fetal pain...& then does not permit medical care/consideration for a fetus in pain. This bill is not about babies. It's a bad bill.

Yes. Either they did not read it or they do not care about good law. NO ONE who voted for that bill should be making law. It had an emotionally charged title designed to compel votes, but was a bad bill.
