      There were very few changes, which means this is likely a symbolic vote only. Think about that. Your congress is taking time from actual work to have your senators read a bill they have no intention of passing...and they had better read it if they vote on it.

      Yes. Senate v. House, but not existing. Something this controversial, I cannot imagine the senate missing their chance to put spins on it if they thought it would pass. There were major differences in the tax bill and the ACA replacement.
