Have you *been* to the district? What if they don't have transportation? What if there are no jobs in the area? What if they help care for family members? What if they are in the world of SSDI appeals?

You voted for the tax bill that removed the deduction for moving expenses so the working poor can't even afford to move from Aroostook or Washington counties to find work.
You should really think about how your vote impacts your constituents not your donors.

Proves you know little about the bill. Working poor had their standard deductions and child tax credit doubled. Those things, plus lower rates move their tax liability to near zero.

Temporary short term gains do not fix or compensate for the overall impact of the bill. The elimination of some deductions was just...mean, with not a whole lot of budget impact to the federal government.

But they get a $24,000 deduction now, so the 30 bucks they could have deducted for moving expenses is a mute point. Just sayin.
