Maine is decentralized for resources. Each town has its own way to address heating issues for residents. Most Maine towns are very small w/extremely limited budgets; $20 really helps. As a note, there are only a few towns on the list now. It will grow significantly as I am able to confirm information with the towns. For those of you from away, many of our towns are so small they are open limited hours and not every day.
