I definitely have before but unintentionally. Sometimes you are very tired when leaving the plane. Also, the crew saw me with the blanket and said nothing, so I didn't realize until much later.

Well, they are so thin that you could easily miss one on accident. I don't see an intentional, coordinated heist.
