Not in this toxic political climate. I have nothing against the GOP or the Dems - but I am fundamentally not really either. I am a bad liar. I don't pretend well. If it's ok to be partyless anywhere, it's going to be in Maine.

And I am running a campaign on a few thousand of my own $. Either #me02 really, seriously wants someone totally different who doesn't "sell" them anything other than living what the job should be, or they don't.

I will either be a novelty that no one votes for, or this thing I am trying to do will go viral and parties won't matter for this election. I'd love to see homemade signs all over and unpaid shares burning up social media. If not, that's cool too.
